"Living at 45 Cushing St. for the duration of 2 years was nothing short of great!  Not only because of how nice the house is, in a quiet area away from all the college noise, but also because of how dedicated the landlords were to making sure everything was working the way it needs to be.  Every time there was a minor concern Tom and/or Andrew made sure they had a solution planned out that same day. Combine that with their understanding about different tenant circumstances and they were undoubtedly the best landlords we have had."

"Tom & Andrew were great landlords!  When I first arrived the apartment was clean and they do regular checks around the apartment to make sure everything is up to date and safe.  Whenever there was a problem they always addressed it in a timely manner, usually the same or next day.  I never had any problems contacting Tom or Andrew which made it easier to ask for anything if I needed it.  They were very caring and respectful landlords."
