Your rent includes:

• Utilities
• Washer and dryer
• Trash removal
• Lawn service
• Snow removal  

All Fredsbest rental units are furnished: 

• Living room furniture 
• Dining room furniture 
• Al main appliances
• Every bedroom is provided with dressers or chests, mirrors, and other assorted items
• Mattresses, box springs, and frames can be provided for an additional nominal charge

• Cable and Wifi Service 
• Bedding: linens, blankets, bedspreads, pillows, mattress cover
• Towels, shower curtain, shower mats
• Curtains or Drapes
• Dishes, glassware, silverware, pots & pans
• Toaster, coffee maker, blender, or any other small appliances
• Air Conditioning units or window fans
• Cleaning products, vacuum cleaner
• Outdoor furniture  

As with any house, unexpected things can happen. We urge our students to immediately report any perceived issues to us so that we can take the necessary actions. Tenants may submit a repair request at anytime.

Emergencies are dealt with immediately! 

We have partnered with licensed contractors to cover such areas as:

• General repairs
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Heating systems
